- As requested, we were given a non-smoking room, which was on one of the renovated floors. The room was just as described on the hotel site; fairly roomy for Paris with all needed amenities. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was included and was exquisite for a breakfast buffet; it included french cheeses, fruits, tarts, and traditional fare. The waitstaff at breakfast were some of the best in Europe; friendly, professional and efficient.. Read review

- The hotel is in a good and quiet location. The room was nicely decorated, extremely clean and the Roger & Gallet toiletries were a lovely touch. Another nice touch was the maid who on our first nights stay knocked on the door to see if we required any more towels and then left us with two chocolates and a weather card for the next day. All the staff were smart, very pleasant and spoke good english.. Read review

The location is unbeatable: Rue Cambon, right across from the back entrance to the Ritz, just off Place Vendome, right next to Chanel's head atelier, steps off the Rue St Honore, right in the 1st arron. The rooms are cozily decorated with Parisian charm and antique prints. Lovely Roger & Gallet products...... Read entire review

We found the staff very friendly & the Concierge was most helpful in advising us about an open-top busride (As it was pouring with rain, he sent us to the office where the buses started from, meaning that we could grab 2 seats downstairs). We had a deluxe room & it was perfectly adequate - we could even...... Read entire review

We also went to the Buddha Bar, Paris' trendy bar/restaurant, which was also a magnificent experience. Another amazing characteristic of this hotel...... Read entire review

Service from concierge and front desk was good but not great--they seemed to care but didn't quite care--maybe the manager was away or more training of staff was needed. Newly designed, the lobby and restaurant rooms are modern and colorful and beautiful. If the hotel staff got trained a little bit more...... Read entire review
