Ramada Paris Tour eiffel - Paris, France     

We stayed in a double room with a queen bed. It's really spacious (actually, the bed, the room, and the bathroom, too). When you're lucky, you can see a part of Eiffel Tower from the window. The hotel is very close to two metro stops and if you like walking, it's 10-15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. It's true that the street doesn't belong to one of those romantic boulevards of Paris, but every time we came back from other locations (which was about midnight, when the Paris metro stops) there were still people on the street so we were not scared to move around. There are lots of shops and restaurants around the place, too. Breakfast is typical for a French hotel - wide choice of jams and sweet rolls as well as some warm stuff. However, watch out for scrambled eggs - they seem to be made from powdered eggs, which is a pity (a country of exquisite cuisine, eh?). The service is friendly, however, there are those who are just "properly friendly" according to the standards of the hotel and those who are really helpful. If you wish to eat out or get some reccommendations as to what to do in Paris, watch out when the Afro-American receptionist is at work - he's the most helpful with those things and speaks excellent English. The other receptionist much prefer to be spoken to in French, although they do understand English.

Nice hotel, very well located in nice area, and near to several metro stations. Also many chain stores (GAP, H&M, Monoprix, McDonald's, etc.) nearby. The room was nice & clean. Air conditioning not the best, but windows do open, and even though the metro line run by outside, it does not bother, and you can hardly hear it. Breakfast was adequate and fresh, and staff very friendly. The reception staffs, especially Hamid, were very polite and helpful. Recommended
