I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in April with my 2 children. I spent a lot of time looking for the hotel for us to be sure I will not regret my stay and the conditions for my kids will be sufficient.
So, I can say that this hotel was a good choice !
I found it on the web and decided to choose this hotel because, according to the hotel description, it was close to the metro, shops and park. That all was true.
Generally booking via phone and email satisfied me very much. After arrival accommodation went smoothly. The triple room was sufficient for us in terms of space, however, if someone needs more room space it may be not sufficient for them. For me it was not a problem, I was aware of that by reading the previous reviews and knowing the hotel is located in the traditional Parisian building.
The room and bathroom were very clean and cleaned by the hotel staff every day. Towels changed every day. Maximum points for that.
The first night after our tiring travel finished just before 8 a.m. by terrible noise and clatter - that was the renovation work done, the hotel elevation has been renovated. I asked about it the hotel service but in response I heard all the rooms are booked and they will not work on weekend. Fortunately that was Friday and they really didn't work during weekend. Never mind, at least someone gave us unexpected wake up.
Every evening the hotel service asked whether guests are having breakfast on the next day. I assume they wanted to be prepared with meals for all the guests. Unfortunately our first breakfast was very little, because they ran out with baguette and bread, so they just said sorry. But to make the hotel staff excused I may say that we were very late on the breakfast after the first night, maybe that was the problem cause. No more complains on the next days: breakfasts were sufficient (maybe they did lessons learnt after our case, which is very positive).
There are restaurants and pub next to the hotel (under the hotel). Music from the pub can be heard in some rooms but if you are tired after whole day of visiting Paris it shouldn't disturb you.
In the nearby there are shops, restaurants, the church and the park. But what is the most important there is a metro station just next to the hotel !
There was a laptop with internet access in the lobby, so you could use it for free.
Generally, we were satisfied with the stay. Hotel service was sufficient, hotel staff was very polite and friendly, room was very clean, breakfast ok, the surroundings nearby the hotel nice and useful.
If someone stays in the hotel only during the night as we stayed then nothing more is required. I saw different types of guests: not only low budget as we were the ones, but also other foreign and local tourists. I was planning to book other hotel in the suburbs of Paris but fortunately I have chosen this hotel, which was very good decision. The case with this noise and luck of full breakfast after the first nigh did not spoil our stay in the hotel.
I fully recommend this hotel for tourists like us. If I have a chance to be visit Paris I would choose this hotel again.

Located in the 19th district in Paris, this hotel is very simple but very coomfortable. It is perfect for the small budget. It is well located although a little outside the big parisians spots like the eiffel Tower. The satff is nice.
