People are very welcoming. The hotel is nice and have a good situation, not far from the Italy place and the subway. Just for the ADSL : may be a little complicated to make it works. It is not WIFI, it is a intranet installation.

This hotel had everything we needed in Paris. A clean room with a clean bathroom, and a low price. Only one of the front desk workers communicated with us in English, but he was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. Very close to metro station Place d'Italie which connects to all major lines, and not far at all by foot to all major attractions in the 5eme arrondissement. Recommend taking a long walk down L'Avenue des Gobelins for a look at the food stalls and lovely restaurants! One caveat only - our room was extremely small (basically only big enough for a bed) which suited us fine, but if you are used to larger-more-American type rooms you might be disappointed. Also would not necessarily recommend breakfast as I think it is overpriced at 6 euro per person for granola and a croissant. Also, no deadbolt on door, and the maid walked in a few times while we were in there getting dressed. They ask you to leave the key whenever you leave the building, which was a bit odd at first but ended up being good since we weren't weighed down with extra items to carry! Would recommend to a friend anytime!

rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo. pulito con giuste dimensioni. assente frigo e aria condizionata ma noi che ci siamo stati i primi di maggio è stato ok. appena arrivati mi hanno contestato la presenza di mio figlio di 2 anni, in quanto nonostante la mia dichiarazione nel sito a loro non risultava, ma alla fine tutto ok con nessun supplemento giustamente (avrebbe inbattato sul mio giudizio). consiglio la colazione/pranzo a sacco + bibite alla boulagerie (a sx appena si esce dall'hotel) li vicino, cena al ristorante MONTE CASSINO proprio sulla place d'italie. ci ritornerei.

Helló! We had a short break in the hotel. The room was a bit small, still confortable. We had places for everything, and the bed was suitable for two. The room was cleaned every day and we were given clean towels as well each day. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. There is a very small! elevator in the hotel, but was very usefull. The surounding is a bit busy the underground is very near to the hotel. The underground is about five minute walk. The toilet and the shower were pretty small as well but they were separated. Overall we had a pleasant stay in the hotel on fair price, and we can recommend for others. Young couple.

I liked it a lot, the only thing I didn't like is that it is not close to the center of the city.
