Pros of the hotel are: -very kind and efficient staff, clean rooms with modern furniture, wonderful location, next to the Luxemborg Gardens and Notre Dame, very tidy, clean towels and daily room service.

The hotel is located next to the Luxembourg RER stop, which was very convenient. You can also walk to some great places around. The hotel is clean and relatively nice.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever visited located not far from the center of the Latin Quarter with its great night life. We had a lovely room with TV, a free safe and a reasonably priced mini bar. The bathroom was very clean as well with a lot of hot water and towels changed by daily room service. The staff was very professional and helpful 24/7

My experience with Exclusive Hotel Relais Saint-Jacques was wonderful. The front desk lady could not be kinder to us. The location is terrific – 2 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Seine and Notre Dame are a few blocks further. The Jardin du Louxembourg is just around the corner of the hotel. Our room was not very large, though comfortable with 2 windows overlooking the Pantheon, comfy bed, closet areas and a bar. Nice bathroom with all the necessary products and robes. Very efficient room service.

Great service provided by the nice staff and outstanding amenities make this hotel the best in Paris. The rooms were extremely clean and had a breathtaking view. The bathroom is clean and modern with thick soft towels. Flowers everywhere. The breakfast served there was delicious.
