4.8In Paris, it's not common to find hotel service to rave about. I was on a business trip and knew that I would be arriving to the hotel late. I chose this hotel because of its good reputation for service and dependability. When I arrived at the hotel (after 1 AM), the man working at the desk greeted me by name, opened the door for me, and helped me with my luggage. My colleague, on the other hand, chose a different hotel. They had oversold his room, so when he arrived, he found that he had to find another hotel at a very unfortunate hour of the night.
