1.8Service: 2Value: 3We got upgraded to a deluxe room which was very large with an up- to- date and funky bathroom. The towels and night gowns were of a very high quality. The reception area looked very stylish and the front desk staff were very nice.
I did not like the décor of our room – it was in green shades and didn’t look stylish. Our room smelled of smoke, though we asked for a non-smokers’ suite. The location is not very special – it is close to the Arc de Triomphe but not to other attractions.

5Rooms: 3.3Service: 2.7Value: 5The room we had was large with a window overlooking the rooftops of Paris. The bathroom was sparkling and modern with a bathtub, a shower, a huge sink and a heated towel rack. The breakfast was sufficient they served it in a nice room. There was a lovely bar at the first floor of the hotel and free internet access. The staff people were absolutely fascinating and spoke good English. There are some good restaurants in the area, I would recommend Camille which is next to the hotel.

4Rooms: 3.8Service: 2.8Value: 5We had a beautiful deluxe room on the top floor with a very comfortable bed. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, the metro station is very close to the hotel.
There was no dresser in the room, and with the windows open the place might seem a bit noisy.

5Rooms: 3.5Service: 3.8Value: 5The place is fantastic and looks very stylish and it is 2-3 minutes’ walk from the metro station. The staff is excellent. Our room was clean and nice with a bathroom containing the superior bathroom products. The street the hotel is situated on is charming and aligned with shops and nice bars .
The only problem is that the hotel had some signs of tear and wear.

3.5Service: 5Value: 4Our rooms were nice and spacious, beautifully furnished with great bathrooms, sparklingly clean. The location of the hotel is good, not far from the metro station from where you can get anywhere. The desk stuff went out of their ways to be helpful and spoke good English
