In my point of view, the best thing was been that at the wellcoming, we must pay 1,5 for night et persons more that the definitif price. The rooms are not clean, ang not all of the days they clean our room.

The hotel has an excellent location in a nice area, next to many small restaurants,a morning market,Metro station (which has 2 different lines comming to it). The stuff was very helpful with every request. the breakfast was medium (No omlett, but with fresh pasteries) the room is very small especially the shower which is tiny. the refrigerator is quite large, plates/glasses/cutlery are supplied. the walls are VERY THIN, you can hear everything.

Buon residence con stanze piccole ma molto pulite.L'unica cosa antipatica è stato trovarlo perchè la cartina non è molto d'aiuto,si arriva facilmente fino alla fermata della metro Villiers poi si deve per forza chiedere dove si trova la via.

Very reasonable hotel for people who are not going to spend all the time in hotel room but have arrived to visit Paris sights. Good location - all the art, entertainment, and shopping areas are accessible by feet (max 25 min.). There are food store, fruit/vegetable market, cafes/restaurants, metro near hotel. Kitchen accessories included in room equipment allow to prepare a meal whenewer any time you wish. Good price for the quality and services provided.
