Very close to main metro station but it is vey noisy. The service is not good. Our shower was broken, the refrigerator door was too. Nobody ever tryed to fix them.

Estuve en este hotel en durante una semana en agosto del 2006. La ubicacion del mismo es excelente, a escasos metros de la estacion de metro, y pocas calles del edificio opera. La zona es muy tranquila, con muchas tiendas de ropa entre ellas las galerias Lafayette y los grandes almacenes Printemps asi como cafeterias. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, se esmeran bastante por intentar hablar un poco de castellano.El desayuno esta bastante bien.

Good value, clean, great location

We got a decent price for a double room by Paris standards. Room and bathroom were large and clean and well lit. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Location was excellent - less than 5 mins from Gare St Lazare train/bus station and St Lazare and St Augustin metro station. 10 mins to Champs Elysees by bus or metro (3 stops). While returning home, we took the bus to the Opera (5 mins) and took Roissy Bus to Charles De Gaulle from there (30 mins). Did not try the hotel restaurant but there are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Did not switch on the TV either because we were hardly in the room except at night when we crashed. Just don't reserve a cab to go anywhere. By the time cab gets to the hotel the meter runs up 11 Euro on the tab. We made the mistake once. Only thing we struggled with was the routine flooding of the bathroom since there was no shower curtain. But I didn't clean up the mess so I didn't care.
