booked entire family/friends through airfrace-holidays to visit my sister. Some of us didn't eat stuff on full buffet breakfast even though lady told us that it was included, because of all the warnings from tripadvisor - but none of us (7 people) were charged the extra 6 euros - even those who ate fruit, meat & cheese. Maybe because of the loud construction going on during the day and phones in the entire building being out for the first 3 days of our stay. The hotel is clean, safe area, and wireless internet works and they didn't overcharge. The hotel staff was super friendly and accomodating (not so common among Parisians from my experience). Cafe L'Imperial on the corner is really good, reasonably-priced place to eat. Also the cafe a bock down on rue de rivoli on the way toward rue de cambon metro stop has really good cafe americana, & try chocolate fondant dessert. Central to different districts for boutique or mall shopping/sightseeing and you can even walk to most areas. If I were to visit Paris again I would definitely stay here.

A diaster from beginning to end! They relocated us to a another hotel the first night at 9pm as they didn,t have accommodations. When we got into our room the second night, it was over heated with a broken thermostat. At check out our bill was incorrect and took much discussion to rectify. Manager,Redouane Yahiaoui, was rude, insulting and condescending.I would never stay here again

This is a true gem in Paris. My room, although a single, was larger than many places I have stayed in Paris. The location was fabulous and despite the fact that it was just steps away from the Rue de Rivoli, it was quiet. Also very quiet inside without hearing any of the other guests. The staff from petit dejeuner to after noon cocktails or tea were fantastic and after just a few days I felt like they were old friends. The front desk staff was superior and most accommodating in their assistance for reservations, directions, etc. I shall definitely return to this hotel!

Breakfast too expensive. Given the rate of the rooms, it must be included.

Hotel is very good in over all. Nice, Clean, easy to walk and surrounded by shops and restaurants both Rue Saint Honore and Opera and Lovre museum. Just cannot check in to the room if your flight arrive early in the morning.
