4.1The Hotel Innova turned out to be the perfect place to stay for a week in Paris. The hotel staff was invariably courteous and helpful. The breakfast, served from 7:00 to 10:30 consisted of fresh rolls, croisant and chocolat pain, yogurt, fruit and cereal plus your choice of coffee, chocolat or tea - all in place and served by a pleasant staff. The hotel is right across from the Pasteur metro station and very convenient as a base of seeing the city. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and easy metro trips away. The rooms were small but that is expected. The windows when closed provide a good sound buffer to the traffic outside. The only complaint I might have is that it was difficult to close the door without making a loud noise. The coming and goings of other guests was a bit disturbing since this meant lots of door closures. I did become used to it after a while and my daughter didn't even notice it. It would be nice if there had been wifi in the rooms. It was available in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was perfect for our trip.
