Arrival in this hotel, we were pleasantly surprised as we were greeted, despite the fact that our flight was canceled for the day. The receptionist was really nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The decor in our room was outdated but the room was more than big enough with beautiful view. The location is great! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel meets its 2 stars. Rooms are small but clean. Good bathroom. The staff was rather kind, also speaking in english(but not all of them). The breakfast was a typicaly french one. Theri is the Loker - if you want it, must be paid: 1 euro per day. Also, i liked.

We have the only problem: no kind of air conditioning.

The room was tiny with two twin beds. The bathroom was also tiny, but it was clean. We had a balcony that overlooked the Sacre Couer cathedral. The view was perfect. A delivered breakfast came with our room. It was delicious! The hotel staff were friendly. Not far from the metro is so convenient to travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Avenir is located conveniently outside the Anvers Metro station. The breakfast was served in the room which was nice.

This hotel was quite crusty (dirty carpets, damaged walls, very old bedspread). It was rated a two star, but it was less nice than a one star. As for the room: the carpet was dirty, I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. The bathroom was clean, but it lacked ventillation so it smelled musty. The hotel has an elevator, but it is the smallest elevator. I would not recommend this hotel.

In this hotel I got chance and I can say that I do not regret it. An excellent location, right opposite ANVERS metro stop, about 1-km from Gare Du Nord; some rooms on higher floors have balconies with absolutely fantastic views of Sacre Couer, which is 0.5km away, of Eiffel Tower and city in general. The hotel has internet is 1-euro for 0.5 hour.

For breakfast have to pay extra. Small and rickety elevator.
