Friendly staff. Rooms clean and comfortable appropriate to the price. Location and building nothing special but 10 minute walking distance to nice areas in central Paris.

Exactly as described on the web site!Excellent location for a short stay holiday in Paris.Near to the metro and RER. Room was small but very clean and quite.Full correspondence between web pages and actual property. We will surely be back to Plat Etain if we get the chance to visit Paris again.
