Hotel Therese is very well located - near to the Louvre, Opera Garnier and major shopping areas. There are many restaurants nearby - including several Japanese. It is a 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. Although the room was very small it was immaculate and the limited space well used - including a fridge and safe. The safe developed a fault and, although initially resolved, it reoccurred on Saturday afternoon leaving us unable to access it until Sunday. Fortunately not all of our cash and cards were in it at the time. That said, the staff were extremely helpful in resolving the problem. There was some noise from other rooms / public areas but not too bad and outside noise was minimal. Staff were all friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This is a very beautiful little hotel right in the centre of Paris. The rooms are very attractively decorated though rather small.

Nice welcoming, kind and helpful employees. Small rooms, but very clean and comfortable. Perfect location between Louvre Museum and Opera Garnier, with very close underground station. I suggest it!

The hotel is located in the japanese area of Paris - surrounded by many local Japanese restaurants for a quick meal! Only 5 minutes walk to the Louvre, or in the opposite direction to Opera, the hotel is very conveniently located. Also convenient are the proximity to the shopping! 10 minutes to Gallerie Lafeyette and Printemps in one direction, and 10 minutes to Saint Hanore for luxury boutiques! The room we had is very small (404), you would not be able to fit a large suitcase at all (we had 2 small suitcases which were okay). I believe the hotel has recently undergone some renovations and looks lovely! However, I think the bathroom was quite small, and could do with some modern renovations. But it is very clean and well looked after, and in a quiet area of Paris! The two girls at reception spoke very good english, definitely no language barrier there at all, and help as much as they can. In the lobby, there are two sitting areas where you can read or have a drink, to make up for the small sized rooms. When we booked our accommodation, there was a special 128? per night including breakfast, which was a good deal for the sort of boutique hotel it calls itself (saving you some money for more shopping!). Breakfast however is very French - pastries, bread, a selection of cereals and yoghurt, ham and camembert and juice/tea/coffee. Our only vice, apart from the small size of the rooms, would be the lift - it takes a long time, and has a very bad smell!!!
