Staff friendly, lovely balcony and bad things: there's no breakfast.

The whole place dirty and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, coffee shops at the nearby square that you won't get hungry and the Hotel is in the middle of two metro stops was very helpful. Additionally the reception is friendly.

The location was good as was right beside a subway stop, this place was really nice and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, pleasant and there was an optional breakfast available to guests.
