This was a pleasure trip with my daughter. Did not eat at hotel (serves breakfast only at 15 euros), but ate at several cafes in Rue Cler neighborhood - Cafe Du Marche, Ulysses (crepes), Tribeca, Le Bosquet, PTT Brassierre - all excellent. 12 euros for breakfast for 2 at PTT Brassierre if you mention Rick Steves' book.
