5Rooms: 3.8Service: 2.7Value: 5The location is GREAT! The Eiffel Tower is seen from the window, all sparkling at night. The rooms are clean and tidy and done in pure French style. Modern bathroom with a bathtub. The receptionist was very polite quick and efficient in checking us in. The metro station and a lot of shops just a stone’s throw.

The hotel management was unfair with me. Before making a reservation I made myself clear what kind of room I wanted, they said they had it, but after I booked I was informed that the rooms I wanted were gone!! All my complaints were ignored by the Manager. Outrageous.

5Rooms: 3.8Service: 2.7Value: 5Wonderful hotel with wonderful rooms. A lot of rooms have balconies and a view of the Eiffel Tower from their window. Hotel staff is everything you may want from a hotel staff – efficient, friendly, helpful and smiling. There are a lot of fine shops around the hotel, where you can buy some French cheese, chocolate and pastries.

3.5Service: 3Value: 5The rooms had everything necessary. Friendly English speaking staff. Great location – just in the heart of Paris, next to Нotel Invalides, Napoleon's Tomb and the Eiffel Tower. The area itself is very safe.
They gave us an alarming call an hour later than it was supposed, so we nearly missed the plane.

Great Hotel next to the Eiffel Tower, which was seen from the window of the room we stayed in.
They got wonderful staff, all of them speak English. The room was clean and the room service was very efficient.
The breakfast was a bit too expensive for what they offered in it.
