2.2I booked a quadruple room for 3 nights. From the website photographs, it was to be 2 small adjoining rooms. On the first nite, I was brought to a room with 4 beds (2 normal beds and 2 make-shift beds) all arranged in the room such that the entire room was 70-80% occupied by the beds. Moving around the room was impossible with all our 4 big luggages on the floor. When I approached the staff in the night, I was told that he appreciated my problem and told me to tell the staff in the morning as the rooms were all full. When I approached the staff in the morning, I was told that I was indeed in a quadruple room. I couldn't believe it. The room was really a triple room with another makeshift bed fit in. As I walked away, he told me that he could however upgrade me to a "junior suite" for free if I wasn't happy still. They brought me to another room where there were 2 adjoining rooms with 2 beds in each room. This was the quadruple room that was shown on the photographs in the website... it wasn't a "junior suite" as claimed. The rest of the stay was uneventful. I am still unhappy that the staff wasn't honest enough to let me know that there wasn't a quadruple room available when I first checked in.
