We booked a double room en suite. The room was small and It looked clean untill we checked the sheets of the bed. We found BED BUGS in the bed!!!!!!!!!!! and more underneath the bed!!! Horrified we complained to the receptionist. The only solution he gave us at 1 a.m was a tiny smelly single room and a broken folded mattress and shower curtains as bed sheets This was our first night at "La Terrasse Hell". Obviously we didn't sleep at all, but it was better than sleeping in the street. Next day, after complaining again, we were told that they didn't have double bedrooms available anymore. Instead, they would pay for a double room in a different hotel for us. This was our experience at La Terrasse.
