Montparnasse Daguerre - Paris, France     

Hotel is located in a very nice part of Paris, on rue Dageurre you can find lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries and many shops, there is actually little market there, it is not too far away from the city centre, close to metro stations so there is an easy access to places you are going to see in Paris, very easy connection to CDG airport - 7 min to RER station - you go directly to the airport. About hotel: very positive general impression, rooms are spotlessly clean, no unpleasant smell, staff helpful, yes I agree lift is extremely small, reasonable price, I booked this hotel via Internet - any problems. I recommend this hotel.

We decided to pay just a little more than the lead in hotels and it paid off - this is a gem of a hotel in that it has a great position to get around Paris and beyond (Metro 5 mins walk, Rail 10 mins), very clean, well ventillated and safe. Bear in mind that Paris hotels at the low-medium end tend to have smaller rooms and facilities - thats the way it is. If you tend to Supersize at meal times you may find it a little tight ! American visitors will find most of the rooms in Paris small compared to even motels back home, but, hey, live the experience !
