The clue is in the title with this hotel - HELL! Whilst the hotel is well located this is literally its only plus point.
The rooms are extremely small and shabby, our friend's room was located off the breakfast room meaning they were woken every morning at 6am despite being told the room was very quiet! In addition to this the night porter took to sleeping on the sofa in the breakfast room outside their door! When other guests got stuck in the lift for over half an hour there was no hint of an apology.
The charm and customer service at this 'hotel' was non-existent.
To summarise only stay in this hotel if every other room in Paris is booked! 5Rooms: 1.3Service: 0.8Value: 2more on TripAdvisor
