Floride-Etoile - Paris, France     

The location of the hotel was quite good. The hotel itself is quite small and very basic for 3 stars. Some renovation would be needed. My room was tiny; however, very clean, which was most imprtant to me. The bathroom was surprisingly large with oversized shower and large sink. The staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. I had som eproblems with the phone, heating, and TV, which were right away fixed. I ordered room service and the food was delicious as well as the breakfast (not included in the price of the room). My biggest problem was noice coming from other rooms. I cwas able to hear everything, thus couldn't sleep too well. In conclusion, the hotel wasn't anything special but adequate for my stay and with superb customer service.

This hotel has a lot going for it..great location, close to the metro and bus, within walking distance of many famous things that one likes to visit while in Paris. The staff was a lot of fun and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small, but kept extremely clean and the area was quiet at night. There was a lovely continental breakfast available each morning. I would definitely go back to this hotel and would recommend it to others We stayed for a week and felt comfortable the entire time we were there.
