The room rates at this hotel are quite reasonable, but do not include breakfast. (Breakfast is available at an extra cost of 6 euro.)
The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the nearest metro station, Porte d'Orléans, but that station is at the extreme south of the metro line 4, a long way from most of the sights of Paris.
The hotel is an oldish building, but rooms 16 and 17, where we stayed, are in an outbuilding at the rear of the hotel. These rooms are quite exposed, with the bedroom door opening directly to the outside. The rooms are not well insulated and so are very noisy.
Overall we did not consider the hotel in general and these rooms in particular good value.
