This is a nice budget hotel. It's clean, comfortable and well located close to the Gare de Lyon -just a few blocks to walk. Also within walking distance to the Bastille . We only stayed one night so weren't able to explore the area a great deal but we did find a very good street market close by. It's very well priced, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although rooms are small the bathroom was reasonable in size (bigger than some other budget hotels we've stayed in). Breakfast is extra so we decided to eat in one of the many cafes along the street. Overall I would say that it's a good value budget hotel close to Gare de Lyon which is exactly what we were looking for.

In realtà i voti sono riferiti a un'altra struttura perchè appena siamo arrivate ci hanno detto di un errore e che avremmo alloggiato in un'altro hotel (hotel belle epoque www.pavillonsaintlouisbastille.com). Questo hotel era comunque vicino, anzi più in centro dell'altro ed è stato appena ristrutturato. Bellissimo. Abbiamo speso davvero poco rispetto alla qualità e alla pulizia dell'hotel. Lo consiglio a chiunque!

Close to the Gare de Lyon, suitable for a business and for a vacation clientele.

Paris is a very expensive city so in relative terms this hotel provides a good option. We did have some small complaints however - rooms imperfectly clean and employees did not have accurate information about important issues e.g. closure of the Metro on 14 July
