Easy for sightseeing and staff helpfull as this was needed as I waited for train after ash issues. Furthermore hotel had a good period atmosphere and beds were comfortable.

The lift was not working the service elevator was slow and i hope was red wine splashed up the curtains otherwise would be blood.
