Nice hotel, very typical of the mercure brand. Clean, well appointed and in an excellent location. Rooms are smallish and nothing special but are clean and have everything you want. Stayed in a priviledge room, slightly bigger and a better view, ask for a bigger room if you can. Hotel staff are pleasant and courteous at all times. A good place to stay near the Boulevard Haussman in Paris, very good for Gare du Nord (One stop on RER E from Saint Lazare to Magenta) without being next to the train station.

The hotel didn t have elevator and the other resident are no satisfactory

Hotel davvero scadente, posto in edificio fatiscente, sporco, senza ascensore.La zona è invece molto comoda e ben servita dalla linea metropolitana. Il prezzo è stato quello concordato e il padrone è sembrato simpatico e gentile, si adatta a parlare anche qualche parola di italiano. La camera invece era sporca. Sulle lenzuola c'erano dei capelli, le coperte erano buche, gli asciugamani spartani e lasciati sporchi il secondo giorno. Particolare peggiore: mancava la porta del bagno. La finestra non isolava i rumori esterni, così come la porta. Inoltre mentre eravamo in camera è entrata la signora delle pulizie! Vi consigliamo, se potete permettervelo, una sistemazione migliore. Anche se, ça va sans dire, una vacanza non si vive tra le mura di un albergo e il nostro ricordo di parigi è stupendo!

The hotel location was very strategic especially you just walk less than 5 minutes from the nearest subway/underground station. I stay in Paris for 3 days and I really feel it is not enough time for us to fully visit this Romantic country and enjoy ourselves as the schedule was too tied. If possible, pls stay longer so that you can feel the unique of this country.

The room was dirty, the bed uncomfortable and the hotel very noisy. First night I got a room without bath because they had lost my reservation and they charged me the full price of room with bath. I do not recommend anybody to stay there.
