4Rooms: 2.3Service: 2.3Value: 3I can say that we were happy because the beds were clean and the bathroom was clean too but very small. And i must say that i have never slept better. Breakfast was fine there were different buns and croissants. There are a lot of nice restaurants around. I would stay here again but only for cheapness.
Location of the hotel has nothing special but we were very dissapointed when we saw the size of the room.

2Service: 3Value: 3The staff was great. The location of the hotel is very good, not far from Subway and in the residential area. Near the hotel a lot of various restaurants. It is very old hotel with some renovations. In general I liked this hotel.
It is a very weeny hotel. As for lift, it only hold 2 persons.

Rude staff. Paid for a double room and were given a single room because rooms were unavailable. Beds are uncomfortable and the room was not very clean. Hotel is advertised as a 3 star hotel and is not anywhere near that rating. Room was prepaid and staff wanted to charge for the room again at checkout even though we had presented them with the printed paid receipt. The outside of the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. 1more on GTAHotels

first of all i would like to apology my coments. The room that we got when we arrive was very poor smelly area because next to the garbage area and the room completely bad room 909 downstairs no more toilet papers, faucet is not working properly. but we transfered to 206 the next day and it was better than909.but still without toilet paper.please advice them to improve that hotel because its a pitty for the location and convenient for transprtation. many thanks. recente family 1.6more on Venere
