Basic and clean but a little noisy

Better than the usual Paris hotel and definately value for money. Rooms are clean and modern. Only down side is the street noise especially on Saturday night with late night turn out noise, this, with the church bells that start at 8am, means you should consider brining earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I would definately stay there again. Great location, close to metro and with fab cafes just next door for a real taste of French cafe life.
