Hotel Harvey is situated in less than 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, you can walk to Champs Elysees from it. The staff is very attentive and speaks English very well. The price of a traditional Continental breakfast makes 11 €. I loved the hotel.

Our rooms were surprisingly clean and spacious for French standards, all the staff was very polite and spoke very good English. The location is superb– 2 metro stations are nearby and Champs Elysees are in a walking distance, yet there is not much noise in the room, which is great.

A small hotel but the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in Europe with perfect location close to Champs Elysees and L'etoile. There were a fridge and a mini bar in the room as well as a safe and wireless internet. A bathroom was a decent size for French hotels.The air was conditioned which is great in summer.
The elevator is not very large, not more than 3 persons can fit in it at a time.

Very busy area - cafe, restaurants noisy through the night, not for the people with the problems of the sleep. In general - rooms could be cleaner.
