My wife and I stayed here at the end of August for 4 nights mainly on extremely favourable reviews on Expedia, we were very disappointed. The hotel is in a very nice and peaceful area of southern Paris, the localel is excellent for eating out ,and has a wonderful market area and large supermarket for self-catering . Unfortunately our studio appartment was dominated by a very large queen bed, no other seating area, a small dining table with very uncomfortable chairs...and, a tiny. ill-equiped kitchen. You get the usual crockery and tableware but no microwave, dishwasher or proper preparation area. Preparing and cooking food was somewhat bothersome, as was the washing-up, no room to do this properly. Other residents we spoke to had other problems in their appartments. The staff were generally good, being polite and courteous. But for the money I would not recommend this Hotel, next time we are going back to our tried and tested Citadine in th.e Marais

I have just returned from 2 night break with my sister and 2 teenage daughters. The location was perfect, quiet but not isolated street. Staff were friendly and helpful, apartment ideal for family group. All essentials provided and very clean. Neighbourhood felt safe with Rue Moufftard great for eating out, browsing and even a small supermarket. Metro less than 5 minute flat walk. I would definately use this hotel again.
