The elegant setting of its dining room takes you back in time to the 'roaring twenties', with its interior garden and reproductions of works by Modigliani and Van Dongen. The cuisine of Christian Moine and the selection of matured cheeses chosen by in-house cheese expert, Gérard Poulard, will delight food enthusiasts.Open from Monday to Friday from noon to 14.30 and from 19.30 to 22.30, but closed on weekends, bank holidays, and the last two weeks of July and in August.
Set amongst hanging gardens, the Justine restaurant offers an original buffet menu for each meal, with a huge selection of desserts. The restaurant has a magnificent glass roof and overlooks a flower garden where guests can dine on the terrace in the spring and summer. Every Sunday, from September to the end of June, the Justine restaurant offers a sumptuous 'Baby Brunch' buffet for the whole family. It opens daily for breakfast from 07.00 to 10.30. Lunch is served from noon to 14.30 and dinner from 19.00 to 22.30.
