We stayed here for two nights last weekend, having booked it after reading the previous reviews on Tripadvisor. We primarily booked this hotel as we wanted somewhere in the centre, that was walking distance to all the major sites and was a reasonable price. The hotel matched all our requirements which was good. It was extremely easy to get to from the airport. We took the Roissybus from CDG and then it was a 3-5 min walk from Opera. Pleasantly easy to find. We recieved a warm welcome and were informed that we had been upgraded (we had paid 125 euros a night). Our room was not large but it was perfectly sufficient (Rm 501). We did have a peek at Rm 503 and it certainly was much larger than ours and maybe we will book that one next time. The bed was very comfortable and large. Good lighting in the small bathroom and plenty of towels. Our room did not have a view but this did not matter to us. The air conditioning worked ok but was a little noisy. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, prefering to go to Paul (which was a 3 min walk away - really really good) or to Starbucks (a 1 min walk away). We had dinner one evening at the Indian next door to the hotel and this was very good and handy. We would probably stay here again as it was a perfect location to everything - we never needed to take the Metro or a bus.

Nice hotel in a great location 5 mins Opera and 5 mins Louvre and great shopping close by. Very clean and nice sized room with a bath and a shower. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice selection of eating places close by. The street was quiet in comparison to a lot we saw and we felt very safe in this area. Easy access from CDG airport on Roissy bus, which only stops at the Opera, so no concern about where to get on or off. I would recommend this hotel and we hope to visit it again in the future.
