Eiffel Kennedy - Paris, France     

We enjoyed thoroughly our first visit to Paris staying at the Eiffel Kennedy Hotel for 5 nights. We were welcomed warmly by Simone when we arrived and given our room on time. The room was very clean, always replenished with fresh towels, toiletries, stationary, cleaned and tidied on a daily basis. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to Eiffel Tower and the boarding for the boat ride along the river Seine. If you are willing to do lots of walking, walking to the Champs Elysee, Arc de Triompe,Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral and even Gallery Lafayette is do-able from this hotel. The metro and RER are very close by as well. The hotel is in walking distance to bakeries, church, pharmacy, fresh fruit and veg.store, restaurants and meat shop. The staff is remarkable and always provided good tips on restaurants and directions to places. (By the way Anis, Le Capitaine Fracasse was a good choice) This hotel is like a 'home away from home' and we will definitely use it again on our next visit to Paris and have no hesitation recommending it to anyone.

We just returned from a 9 day holiday in Paris and had a wonderful stay at this small and comfortable hotel. The hotel is located adjacent to Radio France and a couple of blocks away from the Seine with a train station and a Metro station within walking distance. Rooms are small and furnished with a small desk and chair ,a mini bar, a couple of night stands and a flat panel tv set with CNN and BBC as the only english language channels. Bathrooms, though small, are equipped with a shower/tub combination, sink, toilet ,floor heater and hair drier. Our room faced the street (3rd floor) and despite all the noise below (trash collection, car horns...) when the windows were open, we were able to sleep peacefully because of their sound proof windows. The hotel offers an optional breakfast for 10 Euros/day which I think is a bargain compared to the place down the street "Les Ondes brasserie" where a cup of coffee. a slice of ham, a croissant and a small baguette would cost you 8.5 Euros. We enjoyed a tart du jour,fresh croissant, fruits (fresh and canned) yogurt, cheeses, ham,cereals, coffee, tea and freshly prepared egg dishes everyday. Owners and hotel personnel are friendly and very helpful.
