0.4I have no words to describe the dreadful service that I received in this hotel. Eventhough I made my cancellation on the system, they charged my credit card double price for a single room I'd never used. When I called Venere, they lasted DAYS to tell me they didn't know anything about the problem. When I called the hotel, they hanged up the telephone, gave me false names but never an answer. I will never go neither to France nor to this hotel again and of course I will NEVER, EVER use this service again. I will write as well an article to the newspaper Reforma in Mexico which on Sundays has an special section of 10 or 12 pages to give recommendations of hotels, airlines, cities to visit, travel, etc so that everybody knows the extremely low quality of this services. And think it twice, French people or venere are unable of speaking another language that French or English when someone complains about the service. Weird, right??
