Bac Saint-Germain - Paris, France     

In 30 years international travel I have never turned up at hotel where I had written proof of a booking and been turned away in such an offhand manner. I was turned on to the street when both Expedia and the hotel couldn't agree who was responsible and who would work with me for a solution. And all this after my credit card had been debited the deposit! Two hours later I managed to find an alternative for myself after tramping all around this area of Paris. I'll post if Expedia come through with some good customer service but I would not book at this hotel again let alone risk trying to stay here. Life's too short - between this and the other comments - find somewhere else and learn from my mistake.

We were moved into this hotel when our original hotel doublebooked us.The position is great only 10 minutes from the Musee D'Orsay and in the heart of Saint Germain .The receptionist was lovely,very helpful. BUT the rooms were dire-filthy carpets,filthy wallpaper and loose wires hanging off the walls. If the Hotel was refurbished it could be great due to it's wonderful location.
