2Rooms: 1.5Service: 0.7Value: 1Arriving at this hotel, I did not expect what is not normal. Staff very nice and the people at the front desk are very kind.
But the rooms were small and drab, the shower didn't work and the electric socket was loose and there were few facilities. I am therefore unable to recomend the Modern Hotel.

0.8Service: 1Value: 1Me with my boyfriend wanted to stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Our room was on the top floor and then came the problem with an elevator, because it is fitted only one person. Conditions were terrible. I do not recommend this hotel for a rest or just sleep.

3Service: 4Value: 5The hotel itself is not bad, the staff were friendly and always help. Room quite spacious. The bed was a small double bed, but was very clean. It’s also in a very noisy part of town. The metro was easy to figure out and was only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Location is not very good, because even on the 5 floor can hear what is happening on the street and i wouldn't stay there again.

2Service: 2Value: 1What to say about this hotel, do not expect from him what is very remarkable and even from the staff working there. If you only want to sleep 1 or 2 nights, then it is right for you. The walls of the rooms are very thin and you hear all the noises occurring in the hotel. Do not go to this hotel for rest.

3Rooms: 1Service: 0.8Value: 1The location was good - minutes from the Place de Clichy Metro, where you can get into the centre easily. The hotel staff is ready to help. The breakfast was the usual croissant, bread, jam and yogurt with good coffee ect. I do not understand why everybody is so critical writing about this hotel, quite a normal hotel, with decent living conditions.
