Just returned from stay at this hotel. Good location for sightseeing but we were given room at the back which was dark, up some narrow twisting stairs, with basic furnishings. When I asked to change rooms I was told to look at another but it was exactly the same on the floor above. On the third night there were a lot of comings and goings around us and the floor was creaky and shaking, not much sleep. If you book there, make sure to request a room at the front overlooking the street.

My wife and I have stayed here several times and each stay has been enjoyable. The staff at the hotel was always very nice to us and professional. We love the location as it is quite close to Rue Faubourg du St. Honore, Opera, La Madeline, great shopping, and all the usual Paris sights. We always felt safe in this area.
