A very good hotel for the price. Small and friendly. We stayed in the ground floor room right next to the reception and subsequently could hear any guests who came in later than us or got up earlier. A room on another floor would have been better. There was no hanging space in the room for our clothes so I would not have liked to stay in this room for more than the 2 nights we were there.
The shower was a large, walk in type but the toilet was squeezed into a separate very small room.
We did not take breakfast for the extra €9 each so we cannot comment on that.
On the plus side the hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly.
There is a supermarket almost opposite and around the corner there were plenty of fruit shops, butchers, bakers etc where we got a croissant and drink each morning for less than €4 each.
Within 5 minutes walk is the Villiers metro station which is on two metro lines.
Buy a carnet for the metro (book of 10 tickets) for €11 to get around easier.
We flew into CDG and an €8.50 ticket got us the RER B to Gare Du Nord and then two metro rides to Villiers. Takes about one hour.
Would I reccommend this hotel? Yes, as long as you do not expect 5 star comforts. We spent 2 nights there and literally only slept and showered there. That is all you need when visiting a city with so much to do and see.

Rooms were overprices, we paid Euro 128 per room whilst other guests paid Euro 99.
Breakfast facilities poor, shortage of cutlery, and all crockery was chipped and cracked.
Every morning there was a shortage of food at breakfast, no milk, no cheese and on the last day no fresh morning rolls.
Insufficient lighting in room 1, poor lighting in the bathroom.
Disturbed by delivery men at 4:30am each morning who couldnt gain entry to hotel so decided to bang on the front door next to our window.
No Tea or coffee facilities in the rooms.
We asked for an appartment and ended up with two rooms 2 floors apart for a travelling family? Will be removoing this website from company mail page.
Small room but kept clean and tidy, hotel is in a good location close to many of the sights and the staff on the front desk are some of the most helpful i have come across anywhere in the world. A no frills hotel but good value for Paris and if all you want is a place to sleep and shower this place will do you fine
