The hotel is located in a genuine district of Paris off the touristy area. There is an ATM, a tube station, a whale of restaurants, a market around the hotel. The room is tidy of a good size and has a balcony a very modern TV, a free safe, and a good bathroom. Breakfast has a good selection of food. The staff are very nice and ready to fulfill the requests.

The walls need fresh painting and the bathroom door lock should be repaired.
