Posted: Mar 25, 2011 - My husband and I reserved this hotel via lastminute[-]. Yes, the infamous one behind the reception desk. We immediately raised our concerns with staff at the reception who managed to provide us with another room, despite the hotel being heavily booked (football and conference mania). Breakfast outdoors - more choice than in hotel and better value for money. Designer shops round the corner but for a great bargain, visit the independent shops. Highly recommended hotel - for centralised location, cleanliness, oasis/peace, free newspapers and magazines, comfy and quiet room, fresh bedding daily, room-service and re-stocking daily, extra helpful staff who made the effort to speak in English..
