This hotel is in great Opera area, easily accessible for the metro, the attractions of Paris and the stores. The rooms are contemporarily designed. The hotel staff were very hospitable and the service was of a high standard.
The rooms and the bathroom were beautifully designed and modern, clean and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, very nice staff, coming up in an instant, when called, helpful with the show bookings and other reservations.
The internet connection in the hotel was expensive.
The hotel is set next to the metro station which makes it very easy to move around the city. The rooms are very clean, ours had a great balcony
The tiny bathroom was separated from the room by a frozen glass wall! No privacy! A narrow staircase and a tiny lift. The bar downstairs closed at 22.00 and I really can’t say much about the breakfast. In general it looked like the place wasn’t constructed to be a hotel.
The location of the hotel is just unbeatable. The hotel is being constantly improved and upgraded; the staff people are very nice and attentive to details and they treat you very personally. It is my favorite hotel.
The rooms are not overly huge and there are some decor quirks, but who cares?
The location is good for Opera and shopping areas. Also there is a supermarket and a metro station in a walking distance from the place. The room was done in a cool high tech style; it was very functional and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The bedding was extremely clean and soft. There also was a basket of fruit in the room which was very cute. The breakfast was great with a lot of fresh and tasty things to eat. The staff was very cheerful and helpful.
