overall the staff are friendly and helpful and speaks good English. however one of the night time staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked for the single sofa bed to be made up and that he repeated questioned me and did not believe that there was no bedsheet in the room. That aside the stay was pleasant enough and the location of this hotel was very ideal for exploring Paris as the Metro station was only 5 mins away and there is a MacDonald's nearby (only when everything else fails you can always count on good old MAcDonald's) :)
