1Don't even know where to start with this hotel, myself & my mam arrived, checked in at reception got our key to our supposed twin room, opened the door and it was a double room, went down to receptionist who then gave me another room, again was expecting a double room but instead got a pokey, triple room the 3 beds were single and clumped together, 1 of them was a camper style bed, the room was so small you couldn't swing a cat in it, I went back down to reception again and said I wasn't happy with the room and said we had booked a double room not a triple, was told sorry we are booked up nothing can be done, the bathroom wasn't clean, tiles were filthy and the room obviously hadn't be thouroughly cleaned as there was a pair of dirty socks under one of the beds.....breakfast the following morning was even more disapointing, there was juice, tea or coffee, cereal (3 choices) and we each got 2 tiny croissants that werent fresh, I would say they were from a packet and the TOAST was a tiny piece of bread in wrapping...TERRIBLE....There was 1 nice receptionist who we had on our first day and she was helpful but the rest of the stay was a disaster, the blonde receptionist was terrible, not friendly at all, the night time porter was a smarty pants, on the we left we had to stand and wait for the blonde receptionist to finish a personal call, after 15 minutes waiting my mam just said excuse me could you please call us a taxi, which she did but then referred to my mam as "gay" when she went back to her personal call....I was so delighted to be out of the hotel, all in all it was a disaster, the only good thing about it was it was close to the metro and trinite square etc.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not a 3 star hotel at all.
