It is a renovated manor house with small though air conditioned rooms. The location is good - next to the opera- and not far from the Louvre . The hotel is quite decent for 3 stars.
The bathroom is constructed in such a way, that there is always much water on the floor and no shower curtain.
I found this place delightful. The rooms were small but nicely decorated and efficiently cleaned everyday. The staff were the friendliest I had ever seen. The hotel is located between Opera Garnier and Palais Royale and I found it very convenient.
My staying in the hotel wasn’t a good experience. Though we had booked the room long in advance, when we arrived it turned out that it wasn’t ready. The issue was solved unprofessionally and we had a lot of problems with switching hotels and dragging our luggage from one place to another.
The adjoining rooms we had, were rather small, but with comfortable beds and fully appointed bathrooms. The location of the hotel was great - It was a couple of blocks away from Blvd Opera and close to the stores, restaurants. Besides, I felt very safe there. The staff was ok.
