This hotel is just one block off St. Germain de Pres Blvd and 5-10 minutes walking distance to Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, and the Seine River front. Quiet street, clean medium size rooms, and wonderful, marvelous staff. However, we upgraded to a suite for more room. Overall, every thing was great! Breakfast was a bit too expensive so buy stuff for breakfast at the market around the corner and croissants at the Boulangerie. Save your money for other things. Yes, we would stay there again.

The Best Western Le Jardin De Cluny Hotel is a hidden treasure. My daughter and I stayed for a week and enjoyed a very comfortable, spacious (by Paris standards), spotlessly clean room. Beds are comfortable, there's flat screen tv, and the bathroom is modern. The air conditioning was being serviced when we first arrived, and was functioning perfectly thereafter. The staff is attentive and most helpful. The location can't be beat, and although the metro stop and the RER are both conveniently close, we chose to walk, as all the major museums and most of the landmark monuments are within walking distance. Getting to the hotel from Charles De Gaulle airport is very easy on the RER, B3 line ---- with good signage at the terminal to find the correct line. I recommend the Jardin De Cluny without reservation, and would happily book a room there again.

Upon arrival, we upgraded to a larger room; executive suite. The room was larger but the bedspreads were dirty and the two sitting room chairs were stained and worn. We asked house cleaning manager to strip the bed and replace with clean linens;she was more than glad to accommodate us. As for the chairs, a good upholstry cleaning would do the job. Overall, the room needed some TLC and pride in ownership. Lastly, the hotel, restaurant, and bar staff were exceptional. Thay always had a smile, time for conversation, and were very informed. This made our stay very pleasant.

I had a several night stay in Paris with a special friend. We initially checked into a different hotel, and it was awful. So we spent an hour to find a nicer place. We found the Jardin de Cluny. We wanted to see in person, and although all the rooms were occupied, we were permitted to see two of the rooms. As luck would have it, a few guests were checking out the next day so we could be accomodated (and at a reasonable price) the following nights for the rest of our stay. The room itself was a little "cosy," but the bathroom was spacious. The bed was a queen - not two twins pushed together. Air conditioning came included. In fact, the entire hotel was very modern and clean. Our room mini-bar broke, and was promptly replaced the next day while we were sightseeing. The location was good, two very short blocks from the nearest Metro and a thriving restaurant district. Since the hotel is on a side street, the room was quiet at night. Notre Dame was only a ten minute walk, and there was a decent grocery on the corner for late snacks and a drink for the room. The breakfast was pricey, so we passed and enjoyed pastries at a variety of cafes on the main drag a couple blocks away. however, the hotel did offer free wi-fi, which is very hard to come by in Paris. Highly recommend a stay, be it for business or pleasure.
