Eurogroup Domaine de Figuiere details: A true garden oasis by the sea on the Saint Tropez Gulf, Sainte Maxime enjoys exceptional surroundings and long hours of sunshine all year round.
The Domaine de Figuière consists of around twenty comfortable provencal styled houses spread over the domain.
Each house is divided into four superb 4 to 8 person apartments (on ground or 1st floor) with a terrace or balcony equipped with chairs, table and parasol... All houses are provided with a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Vitro-Ceramic cooking hobs,oven and fridge. Satellite television is a supplement.
Available on site : private swimming pool, children's pool, green spaces.
Distance from the beach : 3 km.
During summer season, minimum stay of 7 nights from sat. To sat.
From February to May, possibility of minimum stay 2 nights.
Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (some exception exist). The residence has the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to these conditions (after having informed the client).
Holiday tax, pets and other extras are non-included in the price.
PAYEMENT CONDITIONS (valid from Sept 6th 2004) :
*if a reservation is made more than 1 month before arrival date, 30% is to be paid at time of reservation, the balance is to be paid 1 month before arrival.
*if a reservation is made 1 month before arrival date and in last minute, 100% is to be paid before arrival date.
CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Any cancellation between 14 days before arrival and the day of arrival and in case of a no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
OPENING HOURS : 9h-12h and 17h-20h. For late arrival (after 20h), please call the establishment.
DAMAGES DEPOSIT:
This deposit is payable at the moment of check-in and is a 100% reimbursed if:
the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged,
you do the cleaning at the end of the stay, if you don't, the sum will be deducted from your damages deposit.
