Berghotel Hoher Knochen details: Our Hoher Knochen mountain hotel is surrounded by forests and meadows at 650 metres altitude in the south of Kahlen Asten, between the towns of Winterberg and Schmallenberg.
It has a cosy, elegant ambience in which you can relax, unwind and find a home away from home during every season.
We offer conference rooms of up to 120 square metres in size. These rooms benefit from natural daylight and are equipped with appropriate technological equipment.
Our ski huts offer space for groups of up to 30 people.
Within the hotel compound, you will find a bathing and sunbathing area with indoor pool (12.5 x 6 metres), whirlpool, children's pool, sunbathing area, solarium, quiet zone, Finnish sauna and Roman steam baths. In addition, we also offer a hobby room with table tennis and pool tables, a cosmetic area, massages and keep fit sessions (aqua jogging, aerobics and gymnastics).
In the hotel's park, you will find a children's area, a barbecue area, a tennis court, outdoor Kneipp pool, garden chess, sunbathing lawn and easy hiking path (loop trail). A 200 km cross-country ski run begins right outside the hotel, and you can receive a 50% green fee discount for Schmallenberg golf course (18 holes).
