Boutique Hotel Stadthalle details: This family-run hotel offers a beautiful garden and cosy, individual designed rooms and is situated close to the railway station, the city centre and Vienna’s largest shopping-boulevard.

The friendly team gives you a warm welcome. In the remarkable garden you can enjoy your start to the day with breakfast outside. The entire hotel is run by an environmentally consciously system. Wireless LAN is available in all rooms free of charge.

Our hotel has been awarded with the "Austrian Eco Label" by the ministry for economic affairs.

We heat the water with solar pannels and collect the rainwater from all roofs of the hotel to water our garden and to use it for the toilets of our garden annex.

All the flat roofs are planted. You can drink energized tab water and enjoy your breakfast in the garden .

On our buffet we offer non prepacked food, everything is fresh, some are products of natural, biological agriculture.

Right from the hotel the cycle track is running straight to the center of Vienna -one of the reasons why we are known as a "bikefriendly hotel".

Nearby is the loading station of the Westbahnhof - we are proud beeing equipped with a special bicycle-garage.

Location

Close by you will find the train station Westbahnhof which is your subway station to get into the city centre. The tram stop Wiener Stadthalle on line 49 also takes you into the city centre. The tram stop towards Schloss Schönbrunn on line 58 is also just a few minutes away.

Within a short walk you can reach Vienna´s shopping boulevard Mariahilferstraße and Spittelberg with its cosy restaurants and the Museumsquatier with nice restaurants, bars and chill out areas in the summertime.

mit tollem Frühstück , auch im Garten (wenn das Wetter mitmacht) -Super Service -großes Zimmer -Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite - Westbahnhof, U-Bahn-, Tram- und S-Bahn-Stationen in nur 5 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung

We stayed at this hotel when attending a wedding in Vienna. The main reasons for booking were the reasonable price and the location. There were some 12 of us staying here and everyone was very pleased with it. The hotel is only 5 min walk from the Westbahnhof railway station, which has excellent connections to both the city centre (15 min by U-bahn) and to the airport (30 min). The area itself is pretty quiet and less touristy than the town centre, but there are still a plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The reception area is very light and spacey and the same applies to the breakfast room. There is a lovely patio garden where you can have breakfast and sit outside. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. The room décor was a bit outdated and basic, but it didn’t bother us, as we were not spending much time there anyway. A great choice with a good price and value, however if you are after luxury and boutique chic you will be better off somewhere else.
