This hotels advertises itself as the best airport hotel in Asia, and they could well be right. You can check in right at the terminal or follow the well signed walkway five minutes to the front desk. Pros Service polite and professional Well furnished and designed public spaces Very good fitness center for a hotel, with a dozen cardio machines, and reasonable selection of weight machines and free weights. Pool and tennis courts on the grounds as well. Very good breakfast buffet (was included in my room rate)--high quality food, and if you want to see how the world eats breakfast this buffet won't disappoint. Breakfast food for at least 5 different cultures represented. Cons Beds firmer than most western hotels, room over air conditioned Walk from the terminal might seem long after a long flight, but it is worth it and electric cart service is available if needed. High speed internet service was slower than I would have liked. I wouldn't hestitate to use this hotel again on another trip through KL.

During my holiday in Malaysia/Singapore and Thailand, I stayed at Pan Pac KLIA many times in Aug and Sep 2007. I enjoyed the hotel and was upgraded to the Club Floor a few times which was really nice. The rooms are big and spacious. On the Club Floor, there is a lounge where you can do your internet for free, watch TV and help yourself to some food and drinks (I had chicken satay with peanut sauce, strawberry tartlets, fresh fruits and pineapple juice). From the lounge, you'll get to see some aeroplanes landings. Nice view. Love the hotel. Friendly staff & efficient too.
