We stayed just for 1 night. Nice pleasant and cheerful welcome. Very smooth and organised throughout. Very clean rooms and very clean and welcoming areas throughout hotel. Good decorations not tacky like most are this is a true gem. Good breakfast choice and very tasty. You choice what you would like day before, fantastic little touch. You are made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Set in a really nice area of Blackpool but slightly far out of the centre. Trams just at the bottom of the road so you can easily get around. Would book again. Worth the money.

Courtneys is a little jewel amidst so much tack! If you want quality and excellent service i highly recommend this hotel. I am a carer and picked this hotel for my two elderly clients due to its location( walking distance to main attractions but not right in the heart of it) and also the very reasonable price for a 4 star hotel. Cheryl and Simon were more than welcoming and helpful and catered for our varied needs. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and the little touches that make it a 4 star were everywhere.
